Stir-Fried Red Curry Paste with Beef (Phat Phet Neua)

I started to eat more spicy food, I found it more delicious lately, ^^.
This dish is Phat Phet Neua or Stir-Fried Red Curry Paste with Beef. From the name you know that the most important thing for this recipe is red curry paste (well you can't make without it). But I can't say that you have to use the same amount as me because its spiciness is different from brand to brand (and I don't bother making it myself, hehe), I use 1 1/2 tbsp but use less or more depend on your taste. You can use other kinds of meat, pork belly is one of the best too.
